Transfer deals for January 2016

Transfer deals - January 2016

Southampton's Charlie Austin
Charlie Austin scored on his Southampton debut following a £4m move from QPR
The 2016 January transfer window opened on Saturday, 2 January and will close at 23:00 GMT on Monday, 1 February.
English top-flight clubs have collectively spent £130m in each of the past two January transfer windows. That figure fell well short of the record £225m spent in 2011.
However, with it so tight near the top, will we see record figures spent by the teams vying for success?
Transfer window statistics
